Tomb Raider 2013 Documents Locations Guide

Help Lara Croft Find All The Documents Locations In Her Latest Epic Adventure.

The Island is full of collectables for Lara Croft to gather. This includes Relics, Documents, GPS Caches, Treasure Maps and much, much more. The following guide will hopefully make it a little easier for you to find and locate each and everyone. So if you are having trouble or can't find a certain relic or document within Lara Croft then we can help.

Coastal Forest Document Locations

Map: Coastal Forest
Document: Wartime Intelligence - Oni Stalkers
Where to Find: Walk around the rusted vehicle near the bow location and climb in to find the document.

Document: Endurance Crew - Family Story
Where to Find: After you meet up with the survivors head over to the table to the north of the fire to find this document.

Document: Endurance Crew - Feelings Of Unease
Where to Find: Once you have found the nearby GPS Cache just east of the forest ruins camp cross the nearby tree and you will find a crate with the document on.

Document: Endurance Crew - Film Maker
Where to Find: Follow the path from the ruins camp and turn west before you cross the first bridge. Cross the stream and you will find a shrine with the document up the stairs.

Document: Endurance Officers - Don't Leave Me
Where to Find: Find Dr Whitman in the northeast corner of the map and you will find the document just north of him.

Mountain Temple Document Locations

Map: Mountain Temple
Document: Diaries of a Madman
Where to Find: Head North past the mountain temple cap and across the waterfall. There is a cave with the document inside.

Document: Confessions of a Solarii.
Where to Find: Use the zip line to escape the burning building, once you land you can find the document to the south of the door holding the zip line.

Mountain Village Document Locations

Map: Mountain Village (Night)
Document: Ancient Scrolls - First Impressions
Where to Find: This document can be found in the large building northwest of the village plateau base camp. Climb your way to the bottom level and look to the west. There is a door with ropes tied around the handle the document is on the floor nearby.

Document: Ancient Scrolls - Discoveries
Where to Find: You will find this document once you pass the waterfall over the tomb of the unworthy. Look to the building on the east of the map. Jump over the water and in the small building you will find this document.

Document: Diaries of a MadMan - Alone
Where to Find: This document can be found within the communications room. Open the door with the axe and speak to Alex. In the southeast side of the room there is a desk with the ammo and the document.

Mountain Base Document Locations

Document: Confessions of a Solarii - The Best Job
Where to Find: After you land in the water at the start of this area walk up the stairs to find a desk. Here is the document entry.

Document: Wartime Intelligence - Secret Project
Where to Find: You can find this document after you have used the gas to destroy the locked doors. Proceed and you will find two desks on top of each other. The document is on the desk on top.

Base Exterior Document Locations

Map: Base Exterior
Document: Diaries of a Madman - The Solarii
Where to Find: This document is difficult to get to as you will have to kill several guards to get to it. It is within the ruined building on the north side of the map. climb up the wall on the south side and look on the ground near the beds.

Mountain Side Village Document Locations

Map: Mountain side Village (Day)
Document: Ancient Scrolls - Answering The Call
Where to Find: Head south from the cave leading to the halls of ascension and drop down to the small roof near the waterfall. Move east and cross the fallen log. Use your climbing axe on the rock wall. Use your rope arrow to create a zip line to the nearby small building. This is where you will find the document on a small ledge.

Document: Ancient Scrolls - Dark Tidings
Where to Find: From the center island travel south to the halls of ascension and jump southwest to the nearby ledge. Climb the stone stairs and you will find a statue. Use your rope arrow to create a zip line heading the island to the north east. Under the roof of the nearby structure you will find the document.

Document: Confessions of a Solarii - Toil and Distraction
Where to Find: South of the helicopter hill base camp there is a ramp leading into a building. Behind the barricades you will find some wind chimes. The document is directly in front of the wind chimes.

Document: Confessions of a Solarii - Survival of the Fittest
Where to Find: This document can be found once you travel down the sets of stairs near the helicopter hill base camp. Destroy the barricades and kill the Solarii who attack you. Head up each flight of stairs and turn right to go through the doorway and past the balcony. Once you are through the wooden shelter turn right and climb the painted wall on the right. Reach the top and the document is on the wooden crate.

Mountain Village 3rd Visit Document Locations

Map: Mountain Village (3rd Visit)
Document: Ancient Scrolls - At Her Side
Where to Find: After you defeat the Solarii guards to the south of the Descent camp use the rope arrows to make a zip line to the large house to the south. This document can be found near the bell and to a ledge to the north.

Document: Ancient Scrolls - The Oath
Where to Find: Head down from the Village overlook base camp using the nearby zip line to the large building to the east. Enter the building and there is a doorway which can be opened by a shotgun. You can find the scroll on the table.

Document: Endurance Officers - Dear Roth
Where to Find: After you visit the Mountain village for the second time simply head to the Village plateau base camp and this letter is located by the fire.

Shantytown Document Locations

Map: Shantytown
Document: Endurance Crew - The Good Old Days
Where to Find: Go down both sets of stairs from the south of the Helicopter base camp. Walk on the ramp leading into the building. Clear all of the barricades. and head to the center room and you will find a table in the southwest of the room with the document on it.

Document: Diaries of a Madman - Belief
Where to Find: Leave the ancient gate camp and head south until you find a wooden railing. Head southeast and cross over the pipes onto the wooden floor. Head south west and drop down to the next balcony. Immediately to the southeast and walk down the walkway. Clear the barricades on the left and you will find the table that has the document.

Document: Diaries of a Madman - Obsession
Where to Find: Once you are near the windmill blades and have destroyed all the nearby Solarii. Drop down to the ground below and head southeast and to the corner of the building. You will find the document in a passage underneath the building.

Document: Endurance Officers - Dear Alisha
Where to Find: You can find this document after you blow up the metal doorway with the gas. move along the west wall when you enter the large area as the guards come and move up the stairs heading east until you come across some guards by a chess table. You will find the document on the floor.

Document: Diaries of a Madman - Lost
Where to Find: After you get past the doorway just north of the catacomb base camp head to the northwest of the room. Use the climbing axe to reach the top level and continue to head northwest. Defeat the Solarii and approach the alter. The document is on the floor on some steps near a puddle.

Geothermal Caverns Document Locations

Document: Confessions of a Solarii - In Her Honor
Where to Find: The document is easy to find as it is near the Pit base camp.

Summit Forest Document Locations

Document: Endurance Officers - An Apology
Where to Find: As soon as you begin this level you will find the document on a nearby rock.

Where to Find: This document can be found on a table inside the hunters lodge.

Shipwreck Beach Document Locations

Map: Shipwreck Beach (Day)
Document: Endurance Officers - About Lara
Where to Find: Move southwest from the survivor's camp and into the brick building. The document is found on a table inside.

Document: Endurance Crew - Recognizing the Truth.
Where to Find: Move south from the survivors camp and move through the building to the metal door. Use your axe to break through and look around the wall to find the nearby document on a desk.

Where to Find: From the bunker turn left and head across the wooden bridge going south. Run up the ramp and jump to the pole to the south east that leads to the mast. Fire a rope arrow into the rock wall and enter the nearby building. Here you will find the document.

Cliffside Bunker Document Locations

Document: Wartime Intelligence - The Search
Where to Find: Once inside the bunker pass through the passage to the north. Head up the small stairs and you will find the document on a desk.

Document: Endurance Crew - Over His Head.
Where to Find: Easy to find the document is right next to the endurance overlook camp.

Document: Endurance Crew - Adventures with Lara
Where to Find: Once you have defeated Boris you can pull a heavy cargo crate with the Rope Ascender. Drop into the hole which you create and you will find the document in Lara's old cabin.

Document: Wartime Intelligence - Secret of the Island.
Where to Find: Once you have the rope ascender head back to the endurance camp. Use your rope to pull down the heavy equipment from the roof. As it smashes through the floor you can drop down and find the document.

Shipwreck Beach Document Locations

Map: Shipwreck Beach (Night)
Document: Endurance Officers - My Great Discovery
Where to Find: Once you have reached the top of the elevator shaft in the survivors camp head northeast to the plateau. Create a zip line to the rock wall on the side. Use your climbing axe to scale around the cliff and then climb up to the plateau and you will find the document on some crates.

Where to Find: You will find this as soon as you find the General's Last Weapon.

Research Base Document Locations

Document: Wartime Intelligence - Awakening
Where to Find: This document can be found near the Research Lab Base Camp. You can find it on a desk.

Document: GPS Secrets - Mysterious Orders
Where to Find: Once you are inside the flooded hall just south of the base camp head west. Destroy the first elevator gear with your axe and climb on the elevator and through the opening at the back of the shaft. Proceed up to the third floor and you will find the document on two blue barrels.

Chasm Shrine Document Locations

Map: Chasm Shrine
Document: Ancient Scrolls - an End
Where to Find: After you use the cranks to manipulate the prison cage. Use the rope to smash the rocks with the cage. Jump onto the cage and as it swings ride the cage to the opposite side. Climb up the wall to the south and you will find the document on the ground.

Document: Wartime Intelligence - Last Stand
Where to Find: As soon as the Chasm shrine begins walk to the south and you will find the document near the door.

Document: Endurance Officers - Crossing the Line
Where to Find: From the start of the Chasm Shrine area walk to the southeast door. Use the axe to open the door and walk further south. This document lies at the end of the walkway on the floor.
