Anastasia Catris
Anastasia is a Freelance Illustrator, Writer and Actress based in Wales, UK.
Anastasia Catris received a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London after which she studied Cartoon and Graphic Art at The Kubert School, New Jersey.
On returning to the UK she worked as an Editorial Assistant for HarperCollins Publishers as a Freelance Illustrator. Her first book, SuBo’s Cat: The Imaginings of Susan Boyle’s Pampered Pussy was published in October 2010 and is now available to buy in all good book stores and even the not so good ones.
She now works on freelance illustration projects; including tee shirt, poster and logo design, corporate greeting cards and personal commissions, examples of which can be found HERE. Her past clients include: Nicholson Jones Partnership; Kratos Nutrition and Finder’s Creepers.
As well as illustration she also works as a film/game/theatre/music journalist for a number of different online publications and blogs including The Sprout; ClicOnline; SubtitledOnline; The Penny Post and Diverse Japan.
