The bad news is there isn’t a sure way to repair the issue within your house unless your equipped. We’ve only ever had success by using a Disc Repair Machine.
These are industrial machines which are created and designed to buff out and repair all discs. This includes scratches, cuts, burns and more. However these disc machines are expensive and may not be affordable. Especially if you’re just looking to repair one or two games.
Your closest games retailer should have a Disc Repair service available. However you may find that they may tell you it’s not possible to repair a laser burnt disc.
If you take enough layers of the disc then you may be able to return the disc to a state in which it is now readable.
Purchased a Game with a Laser Burn?

Another similar machine to the one above. You need additional liquids to aid the machine however the Eco Pro 2 comes with various different features depending on what kind of disc you are cleaning.
However these machines are a bit more heavy hitting on the wallet as you must buy them directly from the manufacturer and the advertised price is over £900 ex vat.
Blu-Ray Scratch Resistant Disks
Although unlikely – Blu-Ray discs are still able to be burnt. Not only that some users have warned that their Blu-ray disks have a form of disk rot within them.
However the process still applies if you have a Blu-ray disk. You just may find that the cost of repairing it may out weight the option to simply purchase another.
